Child Safety Standards — Chathub App Video Chat NoLogin
These are the published child safety standards of Chathub App Video Chat NoLogin, the Android application published on Google Play by Strangers chat (a brand of Peppty Technologies Private Limited, Karimnagar, India). They cover our zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), our handling of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in-app reporting, child-safety point of contact, and legal compliance.
Zero-Tolerance Policy Against CSAE and CSAM
Chathub App Video Chat NoLogin (by Strangers chat) strictly prohibits any and all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM); grooming and the cultivation of relationships with minors for sexual purposes; sextortion; sex trafficking of minors; sexual solicitation of minors; sexually suggestive content directed at or involving anyone under 18; and AI-generated content depicting minors in a sexual context. Any account engaging in such conduct is permanently banned without prior notice and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement.

1. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited on Chathub App Video Chat NoLogin and will result in immediate, permanent termination of the offending account, preservation of evidence as required by law, and reporting to NCMEC and applicable regional authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — sharing, distributing, requesting, soliciting, or possessing any image, video, audio, text, or computer-generated content depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of any person under 18.
- Grooming — building, or attempting to build, a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation, including soliciting sexual images, requesting in-person meetings, or sending sexual or explicit content to a minor.
- Sextortion — threatening to expose sexual images, videos, or information involving a minor to coerce the minor or others into producing additional content, providing money, or performing acts.
- Child sex trafficking — recruiting, harboring, transporting, advertising, soliciting, or exchanging anything of value for the sexual exploitation of a person under 18.
- Sexualized content involving minors — sexually suggestive content, language, role-play, or behavior directed at or involving any person under 18, including AI-generated or computer-generated depictions of minors.
- Underage usage — creating an account, attempting to create an account, or using Chathub App Video Chat NoLogin while under 18.
2. Prevention and Detection
Chathub App Video Chat NoLogin uses layered prevention and detection to keep CSAE off the platform:
- Age gate. The app is intended for users 18 and older. Age is collected at account creation, and accounts that do not meet the minimum age are blocked from creation. Community guidelines must be accepted before any chat or call feature is unlocked.
- Automated image moderation. Images shared in chat or by profile are automatically screened by an AI moderation system before they are delivered to other users. Suspected CSAM is blocked, the offending account is locked, and the content is escalated for human review and law-enforcement reporting.
- Real-time text moderation. Messages are filtered in real time for grooming patterns, sexual solicitation of minors, exploitation language, and other CSAE-indicators. Confirmed signals trigger automated enforcement and escalation.
- Automated and human enforcement. Users reported by multiple community members face escalating restrictions ranging from temporary mutes to permanent bans. CSAE-related signals always result in immediate permanent ban and preservation of evidence.
- Screenshot and screen-recording protection. The app blocks screen capture in private conversations to reduce the risk of non-consensual sharing of personal content.
- App-wide blocking. When a user blocks or reports another user, that account is removed from every surface of the reporter’s experience (online users, chat list, calls, search) so further contact is not possible from within the app.
3. In-App Reporting Mechanism
Chathub App Video Chat NoLogin gives every user a clearly visible in-app way to report child-safety concerns at the moment they encounter them:
- Report from any chat or call. Users can report another account from the chat options flow, profile/image-report surfaces, or the in-call report button shown during active voice and video calls. The call report flow uses the same child-safety reason list and lets the reporter block the account immediately.
- “Child safety” report category. The report flow has a dedicated category for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and CSAM. Reports in this category are routed to a high-priority review queue.
- Immediate suppression. The reported account is hidden from the reporter’s experience the moment the report is submitted. Automated systems take action within minutes; CSAE reports are escalated for human review and law-enforcement reporting.
- Out-of-app reporting. Users, parents, guardians, journalists, or platform reviewers can additionally report child-safety concerns by emailing the dedicated child-safety contact at support@chathubapp.com with subject line “Child Safety Report”.
4. CSAM Response Procedures
- Immediate removal. Suspected CSAM is removed from the platform on detection or report. The associated account is permanently banned.
- NCMEC reporting. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Where a regional authority is the appropriate recipient, reports are made to that authority instead of, or in addition to, NCMEC.
- Evidence preservation. Relevant data is preserved for the period required by applicable law to support law-enforcement investigation, in compliance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
- Reporter acknowledgement. Users who submit a child-safety report are informed that their report has been received. Specific enforcement details may not be disclosed for legal, privacy, and investigative reasons.
