Refund & Cancellation Policy

Chathub App (operated by Peppty Technologies) sells optional Lite, Plus, and Pro subscriptions plus one-time "Gift Pro" purchases. Subscriptions purchased on chathubapp.com auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. This page explains how to cancel, when refunds are issued, and how to request one.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel any active subscription at any time directly from the app — open Settings → Subscriptions → Manage. Cancellation is self-service and does not require contacting support.

Chathub App subscriptions are billed in advance for a fixed period (week, month, or year). As a general rule, fees already paid are non-refundable for unused time, including when you cancel mid-period or stop using the service. The following exceptions apply:

2.1 Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or charged for a tier you did not select, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@chathubapp.com with your Razorpay order ID. Verified billing errors are refunded in full within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

2.2 Service unavailability

If a documented service outage prevented you from using a paid feature for an extended period during your billing cycle, contact us within 14 days of the outage; we will issue a pro-rata refund or credit at our discretion.

2.3 Accidental purchases

If you accidentally completed a subscription purchase and have not yet used any paid feature, contact us within 24 hours of the transaction and we will issue a full refund.

Subscriptions purchased on the Google Play store (Android app) must be cancelled and refunded through your Google Play account, per Google Play's refund policy. We cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases directly.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@chathubapp.com from the email address associated with your Chathub account.
  2. Include your Razorpay order ID or payment ID (visible in Settings → Subscriptions → History).
  3. Describe the reason for the refund request.

We acknowledge refund emails within 2 business days and complete eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. The refund is credited to the same Razorpay payment instrument used for the original purchase.

See the public pricing page for the current weekly / monthly / yearly tariffs for each tier. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.
