How do I download Chathub App?

Chathub App is available free on Google Play for Android. Search for "Chathub" or use our download link.

Do I need to create an account?

Getting started is easy! Create your profile, pick a username, and you're ready to connect with other adults.

Is Chathub App free?

Yes! Chathub App offers free access to text chat, voice calls, video calls, and games. Premium subscriptions unlock additional features.

What devices are supported?

Chathub App works on Android 7.0+. Chathubapp.com works in modern desktop and mobile browsers and can be added to the Home Screen on Android and iOS.

Can I add chathubapp.com to my Home Screen?

Yes. On Android, use the browser install prompt or "Add to Home screen". On iOS, open chathubapp.com in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen".

Chat Features

How do I find chat partners?

Browse the online users list and start conversations with anyone. Use filters to find users by gender, age, country, language, or location.

What is "Go Live"?

Go Live lets you share your video from a chat by tapping Live. Your partner sees you immediately — no ringing needed.

Can I see if someone is chatting with others?

Yes. Activity status shows if your partner is "In Chat" (focused on you), "Chatting With Someone Else", "On Call", "On Live", or "Playing Games".

Are my messages saved?

Video & Voice Calls

How do I start a video call?

During a text chat, tap the video icon to start a video call. Both users must agree to switch to video.

Can I turn off my camera?

Yes! You can toggle your camera on/off anytime during a call, or switch to voice-only mode.

Why is my video quality poor?

Video quality depends on your internet connection. Use stable WiFi for best results.

Privacy & Safety

How does Chathub App protect my privacy?

Photos sent in chat go through an automated image check before they are delivered. On the Android app, messages with offensive words are hidden behind a warning until you choose to view them. You can decline any call, and you can block, mute and report. No phone number needed.

How do I report inappropriate behavior?

You can report a person, a message or a photo from a chat. Choose a reason that fits. When you report a person, we hide them from you.

How do I block someone?

You can block from a chat, a profile or a call. In the Chathub mobile apps, someone you block is removed from your lists. Messages and call attempts from someone you blocked are refused in the app. You can unblock anytime from Settings.

What happens to users who get reported?

Accounts that receive many reports from different people can be limited or suspended automatically. You can appeal.

Are screenshots blocked?

Android blocks screenshots in calls and full-screen photo view. Chathub Web does not block screenshots.
