Before you start chatting

Chathub App is for adults 18 and older only — there is a zero-tolerance policy for underage use.
You don't need an account or personal details to start a conversation; keep it that way for as long as you're comfortable.
Use the smart filters (age, gender, country, language) to find conversations you actually want — you never have to talk to someone you don't want to.

What to never share

Your full name, home address, workplace, or phone number.
Passwords, one-time passcodes (OTPs), or banking details.
Financial information of any kind — Chathub App never asks you to send money to another user, and neither should anyone you meet here.
Intimate photos or videos. If someone pressures you for them, stop the conversation and report them immediately.

Reading the warning signs

Common patterns worth ending a conversation over:

Someone tries to move the chat off Chathub App quickly, before you're comfortable — this removes you from our moderation and reporting tools.
Someone asks for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or claims a financial emergency shortly after meeting you.
Someone pressures you for personal information, photos, or a video/audio call before you're ready.
Someone becomes hostile, threatening, or won't accept "no" for an answer.

How to block or report someone

Tap the flag or menu icon in the chat, call, or profile screen.
Choose Block, Report, or both. Reporting lets you pick a category — sexual content, violence, hateful content, harmful behavior, child safety, copyright, or spam.
The person is instantly hidden from your app, and our moderation team reviews the report — typically within 24 hours.
